Grocery Ordering

Ordering from GourmetFoodExpress.com is easy and 100% secure with PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

1. Browse our complete selection of product categories using the horizontal drop down menu or select your aisles from the quick links.
2. To review or select an item to order, click on the product link or image.
3. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your cart.
4. Click in on the "View Cart" button to:
Change the quantity of an item and then update the order.
  Remove items from the order by un-checking the product checkbox.
  Continue shopping for more items by clicking on the "continue shopping".   Your order will be saved and new items selected will be added to the order.
5.  Proceed to checkout - Click on "Secure Checkout".
  Here you will see your total amount including tax (when applicable) and shipping charge. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make a payment. If you don't currently have a PayPal account, click on "Click Here" then "Continue Checkout" to enter shipping information. You also have the option to change the billing address if different from shipping address. Now click "Continue Checkout" to enter credit card information and type the computer generated security number.
  Once you are satisfied with all the information entered, click "continue checkout". Now you are able to verify you shipping and billing and credit card information. Click on "Continue Check out".
6. Your payment confirmation number will appear and you will also shortly receive the same number in an email confirmation.
7. That's it--You have completed your order with GourmetFoodExpress.com!

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to Missouri residents only.

 Payment Methods:

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal credit cards and personal checks. We are unable to accept cash or money orders or ship COD. All orders will be processed directly thru PayPal thus ensuring the highest level of security.

 Out of Stock Policy:

We will contact you to recommend substitutions and/or ask you for your preferences if any of our product items are out of stock.

 Return Policy:

We guarantee that every product you order from GourmetFoodExpress.com will arrive in good condition. In the rare event of spoilage or damage, we will issue your choice of credit or a replacement if applicable. Please save all boxes and packing materials and maintain any product in your refrigerator  as appropriate, pending resolution of the problem. Canceling Orders: 

Orders can be cancelled provided they have not already been shipped. To inquire about the status of your order, please send an email to: admin@GourmetFoodExpress.com.
